Long-time rival the Fuhua is just around the corner from the International. And while, like its neighbor, it is no competition for the Shangri-La, it has location in its favor. The ground floor Palace restaurant is a good place to sample local dim sum, and there is also a revolving restaurant on the top floor serving Western dishes.
