De Yue Chuan is arguably the ultimate southern Chinese dining experience. Designed in the shape of a huge junk moored offshore from Lovers’ Road, for many locals and visitors from Hong Kong, this is the place to eat seafood. The day’s catch is swimming in tanks on the first floor, which is home to a classic Chinese-themed dining hall. On the three upper floors are private function rooms – many with views of the city lights.
