History museum of Taipa and Coloane opens

The two-storey Historical Museum of Coloane and Taipa opened in Macau over the weekend.
According to the Macau Government Tourist Office, the museum, which has eight exhibition rooms, a video presentation zone and a souvenir shop, offers a comprehensive collection of exhibits. These include ancient relics unearthed on Coloane, and artifacts from more recent times, including the stone architectural remains in the basement of the former Island Council Building, and others illustrating the development of the villages, religions and culture of the islands.

Ticket : MOP5.00 (Adult), MOP2.00 (Student I.D.), MOP2.00(Group).
Free admission for under 12 or over 65 years old.
